Educursions or Educational Excursions allow students to build closer bonds with their classmates, socialise with people other than their classmates, experience new environments and learn in environments beyond classrooms. This exposure is necessary for children of all age groups, especially in today’s world.
Taking a break from the everyday atmosphere of the classroom gives students an opportunity to spend time with each other in a new environment. They may be able to connect on a more personal level without the structure of the regular school day. Students may be able to spend much of the Educational trip day in small groups, observing, chatting and learning about each other. They may also get an opportunity to explore the nature, or another new place, igniting their curiosity for knowledge and adventure.
We at Vidhyashram, the best CBSE School in Jodhpur, acknowledge the necessity of the children to explore and learn out of the boundations of the classroom. Hence, throughout the academic year, we take students on educational excursions, which we call ‘Educursions’, and allow them to learn and explore new things. These Educursions are often accompanied by various fun and educational activities that students get to do under their teachers’ supervision.
